The 5.11 A/T 8” Side Zip Boot is built for heavy-duty work on long, demanding shifts. Whether you're in the firehouse, on patrol, or chasing down chaos, these boots are made to take the weight off your legs and put the control back in your stride. Designed with A.T.L.A.S. (All Terrain Load Assistance System) tech, these boots actually work with your load, not against it—making long shifts in full gear feel less like a punishment and more like a mission.
You’re getting a water-resistant leather upper paired with high abrasion air mesh for breathability and durability—plus a polishable toe, because command presence matters. The YKK® side zipper lets you get in and out fast, while a locking ankle eyelet locks in your fit for security you can feel.
Underfoot? It’s all about performance. Echo Foam™ gives you energy return with every step, and Force Foam™ eats up impact so your feet don’t have to. The Ortholite® footbed keeps things cool and dry. And the slip- and oil-resistant outsole with high traction design grips everything from pavement to engine bays.
Why First Responders Rely on It:
✅ Side Zip Access – Fast on/off with full-length YKK® zipper
✅ A.T.L.A.S. Tech – Load-assist performance system reduces fatigue
