Put your department’s name on your turnout coat with a custom department panel from Fuego Fire Center. Choose a tombstone or rectangle design, select your fabric and lettering colors, and give your crew a consistent, professional look with standard 3" letters.

Made to Be Sewn Onto Your Coat

Department panels are sewn directly onto your bunker coat by Fuego Fire Center or a third party. These are sew-on panels—snaps and Velcro are not included.

Choose Your Style

Tombstone: Arched across the top for curved department lettering. Measures 18.5″ wide, with 7.5″ sides and a 10.5″ center height.
Rectangle: A straight-edged panel for your department lettering. Measures 18.5″ wide × 7.5″ high.

Choose Your Colors

Fabric: Advance Black, Advance Khaki, or Advance Gold.
Lettering: Solid lime/yellow or orange.
Standard letter height: 3″.

Ordering to match your department’s existing gear? Check the required fabric color, panel dimensions, and lettering size before placing your order. Slight fabric color differences may occur, and an exact match to existing gear is not guaranteed.

Department-Specific Requirements

If your department requires different panel dimensions or larger or smaller lettering, enter the measurements and instructions in the Special Dimensions/Notes section. Lettering or numbers larger than 3″ may require additional processing time and cost.

Please note, Fuego reserves the right to change the letter size at its discretion to fit everything you request.

Oralite lettering is not currently available.

Turnaround Time

Current production turnaround is 5 business days for orders of fewer than 10 panels, excluding shipping. Larger lettering may require additional processing time.

Confirm your department name, spelling, panel style, colors, and measurements before submitting your order. Each panel is custom-made, and we cannot issue refunds for errors.
