Orders & Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from original purchase to request a return. If your item is backlogged by a manufacturer, you will have 14-days from the date of receival of your item to request a return or exchange. If you return a product for size, color, or style exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, if your item(s) is not returned in its original condition, the item will be shipped back to you. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@fuegofirecenter.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return must be postmarked within 7 days of the return authorization email.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow five to ten business days from receipts of your item(s) for us to process your refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded and all promos that no longer qualify will be reversed.

 Restocking Fee

For items that require ordering from the manufacturer, there will be a restocking fee deducted from refund/charged for exchange. These fees are due to the manufacturer charging us restocking fees to take back certain items. Items which require ordering from the manufacturer will have a shipping time of “Ships Directly From Manufacturer, Fulfillment Time Dependent on Manufacturer” listed on the website product page.

Restocking Fee of $10.00 is deducted from refund/charged for exchange for all footwear.

Restocking Fee of $5.00 is deducted from refund/charged for exchange, for all items, other than footwear.

Cancellations 

If your item is backlogged with the manufacturer, you will be contacted shortly after placing your order. You will have 48 hours within the time of receiving that email to cancel your order before it is finalized with the vendor. Once the order is finalized with the vendor, you may not be able to cancel it. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow five to ten business days from receipts of your item(s) for us to process your refund.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items sold at a discounted price and/or custom products, such as personalized items and altered/embellished products. This includes any product that requires hemming either by Fuego Fire Center or the manufacturer. We also do not accept returns for sizes larger than 2XL Reg in apparel and size 13 in shoes, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your item(s) if you require an exchange. If you return a product for size, color, or style exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded and all promos that no longer qualify will be reversed.
